Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about how Parts-Diagrams.com works, how to use parts diagrams, or where to buy the parts you need? Start with the answers below.

If you don’t see your question answered here, you can always email us at support@parts-diagram.com.

What is Parts-Diagrams.com?

Parts-Diagrams.com is an online reference tool that organizes PDF parts diagrams and exploded views for a wide range of equipment. Our goal is to help you identify correct OEM part numbers and find reliable places to purchase replacement parts.

Do you sell parts directly?

No. We do not stock or ship parts ourselves. Instead, we help you find the right part number and then link to trusted online retailers and marketplaces (such as Amazon) where you can complete your purchase.

How do I find the right diagram for my machine?

The best way is to search using your full model number:

  • Use the search bar and type the exact model number from your machine label.
  • Or browse by category (pressure washers, ice machines, outdoor equipment, appliances, etc.).
  • Or browse by brand and then select your model from the list.

Where can I find my model number?

Model numbers are usually printed on a data plate or sticker on the machine. Common locations include:

  • On the frame or base of a pressure washer or lawn mower
  • Inside the door or behind a panel on ice machines and appliances
  • Near the engine or motor housing on outdoor equipment

If you’re not sure where to look, take a few clear photos of the machine and label, then email them to us for help.

How do I use a parts diagram?

Parts diagrams are usually split into two sections:

  • A line drawing of the machine with numbered callouts for each component
  • A parts list that matches each number to a part number and description

Find the area of the machine you’re working on, note the callout number in the drawing, and then match it to the same number in the parts list to get the correct part number.

What if my diagram shows an old part number?

Manufacturers sometimes update or “supersede” part numbers. When possible, we note replacement numbers or link to products that list the updated part number in the description. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us with your model number and the part number shown on the diagram.

What is the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are made or approved by the original manufacturer. Aftermarket parts are made by other companies and are designed to fit and function like the original.

  • OEM: Best for reliability, exact fit, and critical components.
  • Aftermarket: Can be more affordable; quality varies by brand.

Can I use a diagram from a similar model?

Diagrams are often model-specific. A similar model may help you understand layout, but part numbers and some components may be different. For accurate parts ordering, always confirm the exact model number on your machine.

Do you guarantee that parts will fit my machine?

No. Parts-Diagrams.com is a reference resource only. While we work hard to provide accurate information, final responsibility for confirming compatibility rests with the buyer and the seller from whom you purchase the part. Always double-check model numbers, specs, and return policies before ordering.

How is Parts-Diagrams.com funded?

Some of our pages contain affiliate links to retailers like Amazon. If you purchase a part through one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us maintain and grow our library of free diagrams and guides.

Can I request a specific model or brand?

Yes. We welcome suggestions for new models and brands to add. While we can’t promise every request will be added immediately, your feedback helps us decide what to prioritize next.
